Missing Changelog

Bug description

There's no changelog for the new V26.0.0 release.

Empty file that refers to a website:

Website https://nextcloud.com

• a google search https://www.google.com/search?q=changelog+site:nextcloud.com
  -- first hit is nextcloud.com/changelog (which does not have changelog info on HUB4 nor V26)
  -- does not show any usage of/reference on the website to the url http://www.nextcloud.com/changlog url
  -- provides a link to a release notes page https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/admin_manual/release_notes.html
  -- subsequent search for https://www.google.com/search?q=%22release+notes%22+site%253Anextcloud.com does not yield any info either
• does not have any references to "Nextcloud 26" nor V26 (or V27 for that matter) (again using google search) exept for the forums on the help. subdomain
• the url nextcloud.com/changelog does not seem to be used/referred anywhere on the nextcloud.com site
• could not find an explanation of the relationship between terms "HUB x" and Vxx versions (hub 3 == v25? hub4 == v26?)

"Blog Post" https://nextcloud.com/blog/hub-4-pioneers-ethical-ai-integration-for-a-more-productive-and-collaborative-future/

• does not reference "NextCloud 26" nor "V26" or even "26". (again, maybe hub 4 == v26?)
• does not reference nor link a changelog of any kind. The post could be considered a changelog but is missing a reference to 'breaking', as in "breaking changes".

Comparing GH releases results in 3000+ file diffs. nextcloud/server@v25.0.4...v26.0.0

• It's technically a changelog but I would appreciate a more summarized way as historically done at https://nextcloud.com/changelog/

Please advise where to find upgrade info for admins and an explanation of NextCloud versioning terminology.
