[Bug]: Calendar Rooms / Resources inconsistent behaviour #178

Bug description
We’re experiencing several issues with calendar resources, and I believe they might be related to the resources constantly showing a NEEDS-ACTION status.
When using the calendar, the behavior of resources/rooms is inconsistent:
- If there are multiple attendees in an event and the event is deleted, sometimes the rooms remain marked as booked.
- If a room is booked for one event and then used again for a different event at another time, changing the time of one of the events can cause overlapping bookings.
These are two issues we are experiencing that come to my mind, but I would say we are experimenting multiple ones
Steps to reproduce
- Create a room resource
- Create an event on the calendar with that resource selected
- Create another event on the calendar with that resource selected the same day but at another time (not overlapping)
- Update one of the event times to overlap with the other one. System allows this to happen without any error or advice.
Expected behavior
We expect bookings to be accepted automatically and any overlap to be detected by the system.
