UI options to configure birthday calander reminders missing #6774

Steps to reproduce
Go to groupware settings where I think the option should be. See screenshot.
Expected behavior
I think this was meant to be implemented with nextcloud/server#33397 following a multi-year discussion nextcloud/server#1505)

No settings are displayed

Raising this as a new issue as I can't figure out if there is an issue with my set up (and the UI option has never been implemented) or the feature has never been implemented/is pending implementation.
