Free-busy doesn't automatically scroll

Steps to reproduce

1. At around 10 in the morning
2. Create an event and set its time to 17:00-18:00
3. Invite one person in the attendee list
4. Click "Show busy times"

Expected behavior

The view scrolls directly to the 17:00-18:00 block

Actual behaviour

The view seems to be scrolled to the current time, or perhaps just the beginning of the day

The free-busy pane doesn't scroll at all. If you are in the morning and wish to put an event on the afternoon, you cannot see availability of attendees.
Here an example taken à 8:30 AM for an event at 3:00 PM :

There is no scroll bar to scroll manually, and arrow keys have no effect. I think we can delete the word "automatically" on the title of this issue : the free-busy view pane is simply not scrollable and it forbid to see availability in some circumstances.

OMG, I've just seen the double horizontal scroll bar ! It's positioned before and after the list of attendees
It's a very thin double bar almost invisible...

Nope, Firefox.
On Firefox 109/Xubuntu, scroll bars are appearing briefly at opening of the modal, light grey and thin, at the beginning and the end of de attendees list, almost invisible. Then they totally disappear. To see them again, you have to put your mouse cursor over them. Hard to guess.
I've just tried on Chromium, the horizontal scroll bar is unique, at the bottom of the modal, always visible (but light grey, not very flashy). It's better, but not perfect in my opinion.
