Use working hours as appointment availability default #3694

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With #3653 appointments will only be available at specified time slots. New appointment configs get a sensible default value assigned, which the user can customize.
The default is generic and not very personalized.
Describe the solution you'd like
Pull working hours from the scheduling inbox and use that as a personalized default. E.g. if I'm generally only available two days a week then a default of five working days means I always have to drop three days to somewhat get my likely appointment times.
