Feature Request: Enable/disable taskbar buttons always visible

The taskbar button is only visible when the window is minimized. I would like a setting that allows the minimized button to always be visible even when maximized. I'm willing to contribute financially to the project to see this feature added should it be too much of a request to do for free.

The status is that I have a working version of winboxjs that keeps the task bar buttons always visible.

Sadly the formatting of the code in this version has been lost due to an IDE code beautifier messing things up that may make a merge comparison difficult.

Also the show and hide is now missing the animation.

And you can't figure the buttons to be on demand it is always visible only.

But apart from that it's working great.

Now the only question is how we can merge the version I have and the master branch to make the library support configurable buttons always visible.
