Restore mongodb-esm tests

Description

We had to remove mongodb-esm tests because they were conflicting with the mongodb tests. This is because in #2398 , the tests were refactored to use the same common.cjs file but it was not segregated properly. This is causing CI failures. In order to unblock release, we removed the tests in #2416
