Given what we know about the pricing algorithm for the cloud use case, determine what would be a suitable class of neural network and how it can be used/implemented.

Pybrain offers a really easy to use and lightweight neural networks library. It doesn't allow for parallelization, however, so TensorFlow might be a better long-term option although its API is much larger. (I'd also like to learn to use TensorFlow at some point.)
