Upgraded the base Guard::CoffeeScript class to use Guard::Plugin as per:
https://github.com/guard/guard/wiki/Upgrading-to-Guard-2.0#changes-in-guardguard

Tweaked a few spec config issues, gemspec didn't define rspec version, now fixed at 2.99.x

Just saw this right before I was about to create a pull request with essentially the same changes. 👍 Merge this?

I think Travis on Rubinius just needs to be rebuilt for this build to pass; it is working on all other distros and worked for me when I used guard init coffeescript.

Sorry I don't have any control,
MRI Rubies & JRuby work fine.
I think there's something wrong with the Rubinus setup on Travis because the error is unrelated to the PR.

Bundler::GemspecError: Could not read gem at /home/travis/.rvm/gems/rbx/cache/hitimes-1.2.2.gem. It may be corrupted.

Maybe @netzpirat could kick off a travis rebuild?
