APP_CONF_OVERRIDE not applied

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing open and closed issues and I checked the docs https://jokob-sk.github.io/NetAlertX/

The issue occurs in the following browsers. Select at least 2.

• Firefox
• Chrome
• Edge
• Safari (unsupported) - PRs welcome
• N/A - This is an issue with the backend

Current Behavior

APP_CONF_OVERRIDE is ignored and values are not applied

Expected Behavior

APP_CONF_OVERRIDE is loaded and settings applied

Steps To Reproduce

Set a APP_CONF_OVERRIDE env variable, such as:

- APP_CONF_OVERRIDE: {"UI_DEFAULT_PAGE_SIZE":21}

Production (netalertx)

Debug or Trace enabled

• I have read and followed the steps in the wiki link above and provided the required debug logs and the log section covers the time when the issue occurs.

  PASTE LOG HERE. Using the triple backticks preserves format.

Workaround:

Place a app_conf_override.json in your /config folder with the value of the APP_CONF_OVERRIDE variable, e.g.:

{"UI_DEFAULT_PAGE_SIZE":21}
