[music tracker] Can no longer change octave #931

I randomly encounter some problems with the music tracker, during octave change:

Sometimes I launch tic-80, I can play some notes and it chooses the right octave (lower keys on the keyboard for the lower octave (for example C3), upper keys for the upper octave (C4)).

But at random occasions, this doesn't work as expected: then only one octave is selected, and you can't leave it. On the lower part of the keyboard it will play for example C3, D3, and on the upper part if will play the same, C3, D3, instead of C4, D4.

I notice it can happen if you launch TI-80, you enter a few notes (it works as expected), save the project, reload it, and then the keyboard can't get the correct octave (even if you change it manually, it will stay at the same octave). And then, in the same session, it's like it suddenly unlocks and you can change octave.

I encountered this on the official tic80_pro_0.70.6 (paid version), and also on the current 0.8 version I've compiled myself.

I've just recompiled tic-80 and tested it, it's perfect now! Thanks a lot.
