Hi @AydenPeh, debug information of Neuron would help us check its status. The debug information could be exported by Menu => Help => Export debug information and can be uploaded by drag&drop it into the text field

The entire debug information should be a compressed file, and it can be uploaded directly, e.g. #2416 (comment)

But the snippet matches a known issue and you may try #2699 (comment) before uploading the debug information again

It would expose your address, so you may send it to neuron@magickbase.com, better with the transaction hash so I can copy it instead of typing manually(prone to type incorrectly)

Got it, and I have confirmed (by code) that the withdrawal has been sent to your wallet. So the question is why Neuron didn't show it.

I will check the debug information, meanwhile you may try Settings => data => Clear Cache to flush data, Fully rebuild index can be unchecked

yah thats very weird because for previous withdrawal from binance , all ended successfull . only this time it did not land .
