This release also contains some cleanup to the Erlang DNS resolver
configuration. Previously, if the Erlang resolver failed, the system (C library)
resolver would be tried. Since the Erlang and system resolvers were configured
the same, this fallback to the system resolver shouldn't have worked. In the
cleanup, the fallback to the system resolver was removed. See
board/nerves-common/rootfs_overlay/etc/erl_inetrc for the new default
configuration.
