To run rulebot on console run

Run requirements.txt
After first time running phi-3 model will be downloaded in cache/huggingface folder copy and paste everything inside the "snapshots/git-commit-id" folder to "models/phi-3" folder

python main.py

To run rulebot on GUI run

python app.py
