Before executing data migration through SAP Migration Cockpit, all necessary value mappings — such as customizing fields, payment terms, etc. — must be prepared to ensure accurate transformation of source data to the target SAP system. This platform provides a streamlined interface for maintaining those mappings and enables upload/download via XML templates compatible with SAP standards.
Additionally, post-migration results (e.g., migrated account document numbers) can be uploaded to the platform for data validation, ensuring completeness, traceability, and quality control throughout the migration lifecycle.
