The discussed results from #504 will be implemented in this issue.

Design

Above-the-fold content

The header image on the service provider list should be smaller, because it is not really relating to the content on the page. We can't eliminate it completely, so we make it less high instead.
The map is a beloved feature of the service provider list and should not be hidden under the long list. It should be placed right beside the service provider list instead. This way, the map and the list with its filters are visible above the fold.

Filters

The following things from #504 should be realized as described in the issue:

  • replace ninja icon with text
  • search icon inside input
  • stretch filters about the whole width of the line
  • fix mobile layout (filters are currently broken)

The list view button should not be removed as described in #504. There will be another list behind this button instead. The new list view should become a more comparable charakter.

Listing itself

Sorting the list by the amount of Neos support in terms of money and Neos team members is not desired by all, as it is not considered fair by all. It was discussed that sorting the list would bring in more money, which could be used for further marketing to make Neos better known, but for some this goes against the essence of Neos (humility and equality). Therefore, design changes such as larger badges, color highlighting or different borders are now to be used instead to visualize the different forms of support.

Further ideas for later realization:

  • mobile view: map panel with overlay
  • filter changes the map
  • survey, if changing order would increase service provider support

Idk if left right really looks better ... (i cheated a bit and removed icons as well as made the cards smaller)

@mhsdesign Yes, i don't think, that the map beside is a better solution, so I didn't change this layout yet. But I made first little changes in this PR: #528
