Update to nodejs v20

Thanks for creating this issue. The NodeJS runtime version has now been upgraded to v20.

The tests are failing though because of a known bug when tested using the test version of MS Teams server. Could you please try out the newer version of this GitHub action which is v4.0.0 and see if everything works fine for you.

P.S. I can't test with the production version because my current company doesn't use Teams
