Adaptive card payload is not accepted by Teams server

A valid adaptive card JSON being used in the GitHub action is not being accepted by Teams server and returns a 200 with error message. Microsoft has acknowledged the problem and are looking into this [here](https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/teams-developer/http-post-request-to-incoming-webhook-with-valid-adaptive-card/m-p/4049967)
