Course Name: Constructing Knowledge Graphs with Neo4j GraphRAG for Python
Caption: Learn how to use Python and LLMs to convert unstructured data into knowledge graphs.

Notes:

This PR also includes required changes to llm-knowledge-graph-construction:

• remove Python activities which are superceded by this new course
• update LLM Graph Builder activities to reflect the most recent feature set and UI
