Quick Start

Step	Action
1	Download ADHDBiS.zip from Releases or CurseForge and extract to World of Warcraft/_retail_/Interface/AddOns/
2	Download and run the Companion App for your platform (see below)
3	/reload in WoW, then /adhd bis to open the panel
