scipy fftpack missing #8
Description
Once I fix the logsumexp issue, I get a new error:
from ghost.wave import ContinuousWaveletTransform
Now I get:

The
destroy_cachefunctions are actually no longer present in scipy. So your change doesn't actually work.Require scipy >1.0 and address #5, #6, #8
