PyGame Workshop_env

Code to test the PyGame Environment, Education Proposes Only

All images belongs to it's owners.

How to setup your environment

Note: Before run these steps make sure that Virtual Technology is Enabled in your device BIOS options

  1. Install Virtual Box for your environment:
  2. Download Virtual Machine Image from: ftp://horsetail.dreamhost.com/VMImage/
    <ol>
       <li>user: <b>gapcom</b></li>
       <li>pass: <b>G4pc0n2015//</b></li>
    </ol>
    <p> MD5 (PyGameWorkshopVM.ova) = 27e70a9bd5c94855f744d9bfb4b1cc60</p>
    
  3. Open Virtual Box and Perform an Import Appliance Operation:

    a. Go to File menu and click on Import Appliance


    b. Browse the ova file downloaded from GAP link on step 2 and click on Next button


    c. On appliance settings double click CPU value and set it as 2, uncheck USB Controler option and press Import button


    d. Press Agree button on Software License Agreement


    e. Wait until progress bar completes


  4. Run the new VM
  5. Open Pycharm by double clicking the illustrated icon in the bottom menu


  6. Import project from github using UI (you can also do this in commandline or any other method as you please)

    a. Click on Check out from Version Control and select Github


    b. On Login page provide your GitHub credentials and press Login button. If you don't have a GitHub user please click on Sign up link to create one


    c. Press Cancel button on Setup Master Password window


    d. On Clone Repository dialog enter the following Git Repository URL and click Clone button

    https://github.com/nekotiko/workshop_env.git


    e. Wait for the indexation to finish and click Yes on Checkout Confirmation dialog


  7. Once in the project click on workshop_env and click on test to expand


  8. Right click on test.py and select Run test


At this point you should see an image and heard a sound, if this is true. you are ready to go, Sound and Libraries works properly.
