Code Review
This PR from Snyk upgrades @babel/core
to version 7.28.3
to fix several security vulnerabilities. The update is necessary. I've added a comment recommending that @babel/preset-env
also be upgraded to maintain version consistency across Babel packages, which will help prevent potential compatibility problems.

While upgrading @babel/core
is important for security, this change leaves @babel/preset-env
on a much older version (^7.4.5
, which resolves to 7.18.2
in package-lock.json
). It is a best practice to keep all related @babel
packages on the same version to ensure compatibility and avoid potential build issues. Please consider upgrading @babel/preset-env
to ^7.28.3
to match the new version of @babel/core
.
Snyk has created this PR to upgrade @babel/core from 7.18.2 to 7.28.3.
ℹ️ Keep your dependencies up-to-date. This makes it easier to fix existing vulnerabilities and to more quickly identify and fix newly disclosed vulnerabilities when they affect your project.
The recommended version is 68 versions ahead of your current version.
The recommended version was released a month ago.
