Support for Timeline override tracks

Describe the bug 💬

I use a lot of prerecorded animations in which I adjust some offsets with a few keyframes in timeline override tracks.

When I export the timeline, all adjustments of the override tracks are missing.

I expected that the override tracks to be applied during export.

Steps to reproduce 🔢

1.Create a timeline track with animation clip.
2.Add an override track and modify animation.
3.Export with needle.
