Towards iteration out of the box

How close do we want to get to something like what zenbu provides?: https://github.com/metakirby5/zenbu#usage

• need a way to track template destination (I don't want to mirror $HOME layout)
• re-render on file change
  • define a reload action on file change
• default toml files (what I'm doing in bin/theme right now)
• and automatic inclusion of a nested template definitions file

All of these things are currently scriptable external to gott (that's what I'm doing at the moment), but that isn't really friendly for other people.
