Adds a "Universal Address" section to account-id.mdx and a new Creating Universal Accounts page covering the three ways to create one: relayer-assisted, self-signed bootstrap, and contract-triggered, with code and RPC examples grounded in nearcore's own integration tests. Also updates account-model.mdx, access-keys.mdx, transaction-anatomy.mdx, api/rpc/contracts.mdx, and the recipient-validation tutorial to recognize the new 0u address type.
