Update Existing Documentation

What needs documentation?

Right now our documentation lists the available indexing solutions only in the "Tools" section. We need to migrate this to the landing page of "Indexers" (aka Data Solutions) so people can more easily find them

Acceptance Criteria

• Move the projects from https://docs.near.org/tools/indexing to https://docs.near.org/data-infrastructure/what-is
• Consider adding some of this information to the main landing page (docs.near.org)
