After following the install instructions, the console will not boot into switch os.

Update Atmosphere to 0.14.1. Did the trick for me.

Which Atmosphere version are you running? Due to the current need to provide a custom boot2 the version requirements may be more strict than usual. You should be running as up to date an Atmosphere as possible. This version was built to run on the current latest Atmosphere 0.14.1. Hopefully SciresM will solve the issue in the future and this will no longer be necessary.
