Class permalink dialog doesn't account for selected language

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Classes tab for the EPO ontology
2. Change the selected language from English to French
3. Select the cordon ombilical class in the class tree
4. Click the "Get a link to this page" button
5. Copy the link in the resulting dialog and paste it into the browser window

Notice that you're navigated to the correct class in the ontology, but the display is switched from French back to English and selects the English version of the class ("umbilical cord"). The page links should take into account the selected language.
