Each device should be able to have a selectable "on" time

When a device gets a valid card swipe, it should activate its output for a duration of time. This time should be setable in the Module level. An option for "stay on until cleared" should also be setable, allowing for long run until an e-stop is hit to put the machine back into safe mode.
