Some problems encountered in getting started of Development Environment

Firstly, I import the SPIFe projects from Github into Eclipse. However ,when I select the SPIFe target definition,the Target Editor shows broken locations, then I follow the directions and click the "Update" button, but it doesnot fix the problem.
I guess the address has been updated
No repository found at http://download.eclipse.org/technology/nebula/snapshot, etc.
Could you please help me

Yes, replace that location by this one: http://download.eclipse.org/nebula/releases/1.0.0
