Description
The new name is ugly. It could also be RomanNumeral31 or RomanNumeralVocabulary31 or something like that, but I prefer the name that is less misleading. This class represents exactly the kind of thing you can write in the numerator part of a Roman numeral fraction (not taking into account inversions).
