Include showing the axes and other overlays in one of the viewer tutorials

As far as I have found none of the tutorials or user-facing docs cover showing, for example the axes using either the GUI or `viewer.axes.visible = True` or text overlays using for example:
```
viewer.text_overlay.text = "Hello World"
viewer.text_overlay.visible = True
```
