Some of controllers are inside mesh #14

After creating the rig, some controllers are located inside the meshes. For example, the head rotation controller is too small and located inside the head, so to work with it, you have to enable the "Display In Front" mode, which isn't always convenient.

Also, for version 0.0 models, the IK hand controller is also located inside the palms (model 1.0 doesn't have this issue).

I also noticed that some bones were ignored, such as all the hair and clothing bones. Is there a way to add these to the rig?
