[Namadillo]: failed shielded deposit doesn't renew the page for next attempt

What happened?

After taking too long to click 46 times on Cosmos Ledger app, the deposit failed after signing, and the screen still looks like this image:

I click Shield Assets again, select Keplr

still says Relaying transfer to Namada...
instead of renewing the page for another attempt
