recent update of bot adds a image recognitions, but that change is not reflected in translations

I found that with update bot to 0.4.0 I see a `2024-01-16 09:06:05,771 - root - WARNING - No translation available for bot_language code 'uk' and key 'stats_vision'` message in log, so, I cheeked and found inconsistency between english and other languages in `translations.json` file.
