Hi, we're running Mongo ReplicaSet in AWS, and CloudWatch is our primary monitoring resource. Thought it could be cool to integrate some simultaneous CloudWatch reporting. |

this will break the plugin for a lot of people that don't have boto installed.. we should wrap it in a try/except to enable the check later on or not

Moved all the imports inside cloudwatch-related definitions to avoid dependency issues
