Add deep links to Ashden/Friends of the Earth case studies and/or Browse by Feature categories

Could also consider using some or all of the categories in the CAP explainer guide column to expand the number of options to Browse by feature here: https://data.climateemergency.uk/features/

mySociety has a few minutes to present our work at the launch event for these case studies on 24/05/22 and would be fab if we could show that we've incorporated them into CAPE, but they're also due to be incorporated into Friends of the Earth's own place-based tool - https://takeclimateaction.uk/near-you/ - which we have deep links to from council pages on CAPE so maybe this would be a bit superfluous if our time can be better spent on other things.

Anecdotally council officers do seem really keen on case studies so this could offer a more direct route and I'd venture that the Raising Money category would be of particular interest to that audience.

@zarino Sandra Bell's invited us to contribute to Friends of the Earth's Mini review of council case studies and I've offered to respond by 23/12/22 so any progress on this and thoughts on these questions by then would be useful from their perspective. Thanks!

Sounds like the steps to get this done are:

• Revisit the list of case studies and confirm they're still relevant
• Decide whether these should be added to each council page or whether they should be thematically grouped and linked instead from a central "plans" page a la Turn “Features” page to a “Plans” page #416
• Get design time to sort out placement and display
