Added -a option to view all available kb languages.
Added -m option to cycle through available languages.
Indexing now starts from 1 since the languiage at index 0 is always "PressAndHold", which seems to do nothing. This needs checking, I'm currently running Mojave 10.14.6.
Also added newline printing to where it was missing.
