Tutorial: An easy-to-follow Vignette for using our model, in rMarkdown and PDF formats. Please look at this first.
R_functions: R functions that can be used to apply our model to data.
drafts: Manuscript drafts.
bioinfo: Raw data download and bioinformatic data processing for each data set. Sequence data not included in github repo because of storage limitations. Available upon request: darcyj@colorado.edu. Note that OTU tables, trees, and metadata are still available in folders below.
moving_pix_analysis: Analysis of Caporaso et al. (2011) data
