[BUG] wallpaper modes/blur not turning off

Describe the bug

i want to turn off blur on my wallpaper since i was just testing, and when i press on off nothing happens. it stays blur and thats it.

Steps to reproduce

open ml settings
then press wallpaper
wallpaper effect

Expected behavior

it should turn off

Thanks. I will remove the wallpaper tab completely from the settings app and move it to the sidebar. There is already the possibility to open the wallpaper effects in a rofi menu. And there you can switch it off.
