spiders are closed but showing as running/warning in the tasks page

Some of the spiders are displaying a running status with a warning sign on the job page. This issue occurs randomly with different spiders. I have checked the logs of those jobs, but I can see that the spiders are successfully closing within the expected time. What could be the reason for this?
Additionally, i have only 3 logs per spider is listed in the portal, can we set this limit manually (to keep more than 3 logs)
