I guess it has to be added to requirements.txt?

Hi @dldx , yes that's correct. Initially testfixtures was only used in the tests, but now it's also used by the command line jupytext, so we should had it to requirements.txt (and remove it from travis.yml). I'll do that soon. By the way, the 'test' argument in jupytext` may be a bit pessimistic for now, subscribe to #54 if that's an issue for you
