Multiple users have confirmed that the Sipolar A-173 does not actually cut VBUS power despite reporting per-port power switching (ppps). The manufacturer has also confirmed it does not support PPPS. See issue mvp#645 for details. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
