Implemented a very basic example project using Swift. Adding a pull request in case anyone wants to take a look. The only change required to the core of MMRecord to get this to work was a basic change involving how class names get referenced and created on the Objective-C side to make sure and handle the case where it will be instantiating a Swift class via a fully namespaced class name.
