Changes to text alignment properties do not cause 'Reset' buttons to become active #32521

Description

@davidstephengrant

Issue type

UX/Interaction bug (incorrect behaviour)

Description with steps to reproduce

This presents similarly both in the Style dialog and when overriding alignment properties for individual text items in the properties panel, but with different properties working correctly (or not).

In the Style dialog the Reset button only becomes active with changes to '(horizontal) text box alignment to reference point'; changes to 'alignment within its bounding box' and 'vertical alignment to reference point' are ignored.

Conversely, in the properties panel changes to '(horizontal) text box alignment to reference point' are ignored, while changes to the other two properties activate the button as expected.

The properties eventually reset correctly, but the Reset button itself does not become active until other changes are made.
