Support a new woodwind instrument: Castilian Dulzaina

• As a Castilian Dulzaina player I would like to include the "Castilian Dulzaina" in the list of the instruments that can be selected when creating a new Score:

• As a MuseScore use I would like to be able to have the right Stave properties when creating a Score:

• As a Castilian Dulzaina player and a MuseScore user I would like to enjoy a specific Soundfont for this instrument:

Problem to be solved

• "Castilian Dulzaina" is not in the list of available instruments when creating a new score
• An specific transposition is required for this instrument that should be setup when creating a new score
• There isn't a soundfont for this instrument

Castilian Dulzaina is quite popular in Castille (Spain). Some examples:

As a proof of concept I have created a MuseScore version with this intrument:

• A new soundfound have been created recording some samples and building a new sf2 file
• This sf2 file has been added to "Ms Basic.sf3" in a free bank (11)
• An new familiy of instrument has been added to instruments.xml: Dulzaina (There are "Castilian Dulzaina", "Aragonese Dulzaina", "Valencian Dulzaina" ...)
• Instrument definition (longName, shortName, aPitchRange...) has been added to instruments.xml
• QT_TRANSLATE_NOOP (Family) and QT_TRANSLATE_NOOP3 (instrument names) has been added to instrumentsxml.h
• A new family (Dulzaina) and subcategory (Castilian) has been added to soundid.h as well as the corresponding strings
• Mapping has been added to windssetupdataresolver.cpp and soundmapping.h

I have generated a mp3 file with this new soundfont and MuseScore: Bailes de procesion cancionero castellano v2.zip

I'm sorry if I ask something obvious about next steps.

I volunteer to implement this issue. I would need support to

• Validate the proposal (new family and subcategory)
• Identify the right midi bank and program to include this new instrument
• Integrate the new Soundfont within "Ms Basic.sf3"
