[MU4 Issue] Instrument window doesn't scroll with the currently selected instruments if they go out of view

Describe the bug
If you move an instrument out of the current view window in the instruments window, the view doesn't scroll with the selected instruments.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a score with enough instruments to overfill the window
2. Move one out of the view

Expected behavior
The view should scroll with the selected instruments.
