[MU4 Issue] Selecting system break makes Appearance tab in properties window active but changing properties does not affect the system break.

Describe the bug
When you click on a system break the Appearance tab in the properties window becomes active giving the impression that the appearance of the system break can be changed, but it can't.

To Reproduce

1. Select a system break
2. Open the Appearance tab
3. Change settings - e.g. a) colour, b) measure width
4. a) the system break token does not change colour; b) the width of the measure the system break is attached to changes but the system break token is unaffected

Expected behavior

Either
A) changed settings should affect the selected item - the system break
or
B) the appearance tab should not be activated when a system break is selected.

When I saw the appearance tab become active, I hoped that this would allow me to change the colour of the system break token. It didn't

In MS3, selecting a system break does not activate the inspector, neither does right-click/edit element
