This change adds automatic nuget deployment to PSGallery from Appveyor CI with proper
psaketasks andpsdeploydeclarations by getting the ModuleVersion from the Modulemanifest and adding the Appveyor buildunmber as the revision, eg: from 3.0.1.0 to 3.0.1.53The changes were tested successfully in the last builds: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/muratiakos/psbamboo-vfuv4/build/53
Artifacts are published now to appveyor and to PsGallery too:
